Who We Are
Ammu started with a simple belief — that the best food comes from real hands, real ingredients, and real care. We are a small home-grown brand based in Ahmedabad, dedicated to making handcrafted natural foods that are as wholesome as they are delicious.
The name "Ammu" reflects the warmth and love of a mother's kitchen. Every product we make carries that same spirit — made fresh, made with intention, and made for you.
What We Make
Our flagship product is the Dry Fruit Khajur Pak — handcrafted daily from premium Medjool dates, cashews, almonds, pistachios, and cardamom. No sugar added. No preservatives. Just pure, natural goodness packed into every bite.
We also offer A2 Gir Cow Bilona Pure Ghee — made from the milk of desi Gir cows using the traditional Bilona hand-churning method. Rich, golden, and full of natural nutrition the way ghee was always meant to be.
