At Ammu, we take great pride in delivering natural and handmade products of the highest quality directly to your doorstep. We want every experience to be nothing short of excellent. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted as the shipment is already in transit.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
Since our products are natural, handmade, and perishable in nature, we maintain a no-return policy on delivered orders — except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged or broken due to transit.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue that is clearly not user-caused.
To raise a refund or replacement claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The customer changes their mind after the order has been dispatched.
- An incorrect product was ordered due to customer error.
- The product has been opened, consumed, or used.
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
- Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery without valid proof.
Replacement / Exchange
In eligible cases (damaged or defective products), we will offer a replacement of the same item. Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to dispose of the faulty item.
- A replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- UPI and net banking refunds are typically processed faster than card refunds.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
A Note on Our Products
All Ammu products — including our A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee, Dry Fruit Khajur Pak, and other natural offerings — are crafted in small batches with fresh ingredients. We encourage you to review product descriptions and check for any allergen information before purchasing.
