At Ammu, we want your natural and handmade products to reach you in the freshest and finest condition possible. Our shipping process is designed to be fast, transparent, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the order is successfully placed.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery across India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural locations may take up to 7–10 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India. Our partners are selected based on their reliability, coverage, and careful handling standards — important for delivering perishable and fragile natural products.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain cart value — look out for active offers on the website.
- There are no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch notification via email or SMS with your tracking number.
- Real-time tracking through the courier partner's portal.
- Live order status updates directly on the Ammu app / website under My Orders.
Packaging Standards
We take product freshness and safety seriously:
- All products are securely packed to prevent damage or contamination in transit.
- Ghee and other liquid-based products are sealed with food-grade packaging to avoid leakage.
- Dry products like our Khajur Pak are packed in airtight pouches to preserve freshness.
- We aim to use eco-friendly and minimal packaging wherever possible.
Inspect Before Signing
We recommend carefully checking your package at the time of delivery:
- If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or crushed — inspect the contents before signing.
- If you find missing or damaged items inside, refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
- Recording a short unboxing video is strongly recommended, as it helps us process any claims faster.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
- Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times if you are unavailable.
- After failed attempts, the package may be held at the nearest hub for a short period before being returned.
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipment charges may apply.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing an order.
Currently Serving
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside India and wish to place an order, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist.
